Can I order and pay through the website?
You can build your gift and complete the checkout details now. Online payment is coming soon. Until it is available, send your order request by WhatsApp or email so we can confirm your order and arrange payment.
Does adding to cart confirm my order?
No. Your cart shows an estimated total. Continue to checkout to add contact, delivery and gift details, then send your order request. We confirm availability, timing and the final quote directly.
Can I add a sash, butterflies, crown or veil?
Yes. Open a floral product, choose your rose count or size, then select the extras you want. Each extra has its own price and your item total updates immediately. QR message cards, greeting cards and other additions are also available.
How many preserved roses can I choose?
The Preserved Rose Dome has options for 95, 97 or 99 roses. Your colour and exact arrangement are confirmed before ordering. The preview image is illustrative.
How are custom orders confirmed?
Once the design and quote are agreed, a 50% deposit confirms a custom order. Payment details and lead time are agreed directly. Money bouquets also require the full cash face value to be provided.
Can I include my own gifts?
Yes, through Client-Supplied Gift Styling or a custom inquiry. Tell us what you plan to supply so we can confirm presentation, suitability and any assembly or extra-materials charge.
How do I send my inquiry?
Enter your name, email and required phone / WhatsApp number. Review the inquiry, then choose WhatsApp or email. The website opens your messaging app; press Send in that app to deliver the message to Cashmere Blooms.
