CASHMERE BLOOMS / SETUP
Your connected store.
The website uses your existing domain, with customer profiles and orders saved in its database. Customers sign in securely through ChatGPT and complete their Cashmere Blooms profile. No website password is stored by the store.

Orders and invoices
Checkout and custom requests are saved with a unique invoice number. The customer can download the printable PDF invoice in My Account. The store administrator can view all requests, update fulfillment status, keep private notes and inspect invoice email status.
Invoices are pro forma estimates, not tax invoices or payment receipts. Prices, delivery charges, taxes, availability and policies need final approval. Online payment remains disabled.
Email connection
Automatic invoice emails need a verified sending service. The server is prepared for Resend, including attached PDFs, retry tracking and signed delivery events. The private API key must be added as a secret in the website’s runtime settings. Never put it into website files or a customer form.
Until connected, invoices remain saved and downloadable. The dashboard clearly shows that email is not connected; the website does not claim that a queued email has been sent.
Your domain and email
Keep the existing Northwest domain records and Google Workspace email records. Updates are published to the same site. Email sender verification may add provider-issued DNS records; it should not replace Workspace’s MX records.
Source handoff
The project includes account/order services, database migrations, PDF generation, email delivery tracking, payment connection notes and automated checks. This is now a server-backed application and cannot be deployed as a static ZIP alone.
